Register

Accepted Answer

To register, two options are possible: via manual registration or via social networks.
 
By manual
The user must click on the “Register” option on Screen #1, the user must then fill in the full name (Screen #2), fill in the e-mail (Screen #3), confirm the e-mail (Screen # 4), choose the password (Screen #5), and confirm the password (Screen #6). Question 5

Entrar com Parceiro: Ativar Assinatura com a Claro

Accepted Answer

Tendo recebido ou adquirido uma assinatura pela Claro, o usuário deverá clicar no botão/logo da empresa “Claro”, e em seguida inserir o número de telefone cadastrado com DDD  (Tela #2).

Em seguida, após digitar o número de telefone e for autenticado na “Claro”, a pessoa irá receber um código via SMS, e na Tela #3 deverá digitar o código recebido, podendo receber novamente após um tempo, caso haja algum problema.

Após digitar o código, a pessoa deverá associar a assinatura adquirida pela Claro em uma conta nova ou pré-existente (Tela #4), utilizando um dos métodos de cadastro (mencionados no item "Cadastro no Aplicativo"). Após isso, será mostrada uma mensagem de confirmação do vínculo da assinatura com a conta (Tela #5).

Para fazer o cancelamento do plano, o usuário deverá acessar o Menu no canto superior esquerdo da tela esquerda, clicar em “Minha Conta (Tela #6)”, e em “Meus Planos”, clicar no botão“Cancelar a Assinatura” (Tela #7). Será enviado a solicitação para a Claro que deseja fazer o cancelamento, devendo aguardar até a resposta da Claro para efetuar o cancelamento do plano. Enquanto o processo é realizado, o sistema avisará o usuário que o plano está em processo de cancelamento (Tela #8).

Question 6

Entrar com Parceiro: Ativar Assinatura com Algar

Accepted Answer

Tendo recebido ou adquirido uma assinatura pela “Algar”, o usuário deverá clicar no botão/logo da empresa “Algar”, e em seguida deverá inserir o número de telefone cadastrado com DDD com o número de telefone (Tela #2).

Em seguida, após digitar o número de telefone e ser autenticado na “Algar”, a pessoa irá receber um código via SMS, e na Tela #3 deverá digitar o código recebido por SMS, podendo receber novamente após um tempo, caso haja algum problema.

Após digitar o código, a pessoa deverá associar a assinatura adquirida pela “Algar” em uma conta nova ou pré-existente (Tela #4), utilizando um dos métodos de cadastro, mencionados na seção "Cadastro no Aplicativo". Após isso, será mostrada uma mensagem de confirmação do vínculo da assinatura com a conta. (Tela #5).

Para fazer o cancelamento do plano, o usuário deverá seguir as mesmas instruções de cancelamento para o parceiro Claro, na seção "Ativar Assinatura com a Claro"

Question 7

Entrar com Parceiro: Ativar Assinatura com Altenburg

Accepted Answer

Caso o usuário tenha adquirido um Travesseiro Conecta da Altenburg terá direito a uma assinatura do plano Light, para ativá-la basta clicar em “Entrar com Parceiro”, selecionando a empresa Altenburg (Tela #2).

A assinatura poderá ser ativada utilizando o “Código de Ativação localizado na etiqueta do travesseiro (Tela #3). Nessa mesma tela, o usuário pode clicar no botão “Não encontrei o código de ativação” para ter mais instruções de como localizar o código de ativação (Tela #4).

Após o código de ativação ter sido validado, deverá ser preenchido em qual loja o usuário adquiriu o travesseiro (Tela #5) e deverá ser associada uma conta ao código para que o usuário possa ativar a assinatura (Tela #6). Uma mensagem de confirmação será exibida para o usuário, e instruções e dicas do aplicativo serão apresentados em seguida na tela de boas-vindas. (Tela #7).

Entrar com Parceiro: Código Promocional e Outros Parceiros

O item “Código Promocional”, bem como outros parceiros necessitam apenas da inserção do código promocional. Para ativar, basta clicar em “Entrar com Parceiro” (Tela #1) e selecionar a opção de cupom ou o parceiro que forneceu o código promocional (Tela #2).

Ao digitar o cupom (Tela #3) e ele ser validado, o usuário deverá associar a assinatura a uma conta para ativá-la (Tela #4). Após isso, será mostrada uma mensagem de confirmação do vínculo da assinatura com a conta. (Tela #5).

Question 9

View and edit notifications

Accepted Answer

To view the notifications, the user must click on the koala symbol in the upper right corner of Screen #1. Then Screen #2 will open and the user will be able to select and click on the notification he wants, when clicking the user will be taken to the notification destination. 
User will receive push notifications via mobile. Clicking on them will take the user to this page to view the notification. If the user wants to stop receiving notifications, he must disable it using the notification features of the cell phone itself.
To delete notifications, the user must click on “Edit” on Screen #2, select the notifications they want to delete and click on “Delete” on Screen #3. A pop-up will appear, and then the user must click on “Confirm” (Screen #4). 
User will be notified every day to fill in the sleep diary, and they can fill up to the last 3 days, after which they can no longer fill. Notifications will only be available for the last 3 days and tests that need to be completed.

Question 10

Complete clinical trials

Accepted Answer

The “SleepUp” app has 10 questionnaires, including 2 anamnesis and 8 clinical tests for the purpose of providing feedback, personalizing therapy and evaluating treatment progress. These tests are performed periodically, and the user will receive a reminder to perform them.
On receiving the reminder, the user will be able to click on the notification, and then they will be directed to the questionnaire. The user can also access the list of questionnaires through the initial screen (Screen #1), clicking on the “My diary” button, and then clicking on the “Tests” button on Screen #2. On Screen #3, the user can click on the desired test, if it is in the correct filling period, it will be opened (Screen #4), otherwise, the user will receive a pop-up warning to wait for the correct filling period. 
After completing the questionnaire, the user will see a screen with the result, including a field to enter comments about the result. The test result will be available in the “Reports” function (Screen #6), while the visualization of the complete content of the answered test will be visible on the main screen of the Diary (Screen #2), clicking on the day it was performed, with the “red ball”.

Question 11

Fill in the Sleep Diary

Sleep Diary is a tool available in the free plan. The user will receive the notification every morning to fill in the sleep diary, and can click on the notification to be directed to the Diary. The user can go to the Diary screen in 4 other ways:
1 - By clicking on the “Sleep Time” or “Sleep Efficiency” buttons on Screen #1, a pop-up will appear to fill in the Diary.
2 - Clicking the “My Diary” button on Screen #1 and then on “Update” on Screen #2.
3 – Clicking on the journal symbol at the bottom of Screen #1, and then on “Update”.
4 – Upon entering the “Reports” function, the user will receive a pop-up warning to fill in the Diary (Screen #4).
5 – When clicking on the desired day in the calendar on Screen #2, the user will also be directed to the diary, in this case, the user will only be able to fill in the Diary in the last three days.
6 - By clicking on Test (Screen #3), a list of Tests to be performed will be opened.
7- When accessing the home screen, you will have a session “Your journey today” (Screen #1) with all the tasks to be done that day and that have not yet been completed. All mandatory questions must be completed in order to register, and an error popup will appear with an error message (Screen #5) and unanswered questions will be shaded red (Screen #6). 
After journaling, the user will be directed to “Daily Reports”, where they can view their metrics and receive personalized guidance (Screens #8 and #9). 
It is possible to view the answered Diary by clicking on the desired day on the calendar on Screen #2, a green ball will indicate that the diary is filled in on that day (Screen #7). It is possible to update only the Journal that was filled within the same day, Journals filled in the previous days cannot be updated.
By filling in the Diary and ticking yes in “Did you take any sleeping pills?” (Screen#10) When registering, you will be taken to the medication registration screen where you will record all the medications you took that day, how you felt when you took the medication, what you thought when you took the medication and if you had any side effects. Diários Digitais: Diário do Sono

O Diário do Sono (Tela #3) é uma ferramenta disponível a partir do plano Standard. O usuário receberá todos os dias pela manhã a notificação para preencher o diário do sono, e poderá clicar nela para ser direcionado a ele. Além disso, há 5 formas de acessar o Diário do Sono:
 • Clicando nos botões “Tempo Dormindo” ou “Eficiência do sono” na Tela #1, que se estiverem em branco,um pop-up será mostrado para o usuário fazer o preenchimento do Diário;
 • Clicando no símbolo do diário do rodapé da Tela #1, e então em “Registrar” (Tela #2).
 • Ao entrar na função “Relatórios”, o usuário receberá um pop-up de aviso para preencher o Diário (Tela #4).
 • Ao clicar no dia desejado no calendário da Tela #2, o usuário também será direcionado para o diário, neste caso, o usuário só poderá preencher o Diário dos últimos três dias. 
 • Ao acessar a tela inicial, haverá uma sessão chamada “Sua jornada de hoje” (Tela #1) com todas as tarefas pendentes de serem feitas naquele dia.

Todas as questões obrigatórias deverão ser preenchidas para que seja possível registrar. Se houver perguntas não respondidas, um alerta com uma mensagem de erro será exibido (Tela #5) e as perguntas não respondidas ficarão destacadas em vermelho (Tela #6). Perguntas respondidas com incoerência serão destacadas em laranja, com um texto indicando o motivo (Tela #7)

Após concluir o registro, o usuário será direcionado para a aba de “Relatórios” do diário do sono, onde poderá ver suas métricas e receber orientações personalizadas (Tela #9 e #10).

É possível visualizar o Diário respondido, clicando no dia desejado no calendário da Tela #2, uma legenda com um círculo verde sinaliza que naquele dia tem diário preenchido (Tela #8). É possível atualizar somente o Diário que foi preenchido dentro do mesmo dia, Diários preenchidos nos dias anteriores não poderão ser atualizados.

Diários Digitais: Diário de Remédios

Ao preencher o Diário do Sono, disponível no plano Standard, e marcar sim na pergunta “Tomou algum remédio para dormir?” (Tela #1), o usuário será levado para a tela do "Diário de Remédios”, onde poderá registrar todos os remédios que tomou no dia, como se sentiu ao tomar o remédio, o que pensou ao tomar o remédio e se teve algum efeito colateral (Tela #2). O usuário poderá acessar o diário preenchido no menu de relatórios, utilizando a opção de Filtrar e selecionar a opção “Diário de Remédio” (Tela #3).

Question 14

Diários Digitais: Diário de Uso de CPAP

Ao ir no menu inferior em “Meu Diário” e selecionar o botão “Diário de CPAP” (Tela #1), o usuário será levado para a tela do "Diário de Uso de CPAP”, onde poderá responder as perguntas relacionadas ao uso do CPAP, como se roncou naquela noite, quantas vezes acordou durante o sono, sentimentos, pensamentos, efeitos colaterais, entre outros (Tela #2). Usuários poderão acessar o diário preenchido no menu de relatórios, utilizando a opção de Filtrar e selecionar a opção “Relatório de Uso de CPAP” (Tela #3).

Daily report is available in free plan, and weekly and monthly report are available in standard and premium plan. The reports can be accessed by clicking on the “My Analysis” button, or by clicking on the reports icon in the footer.

Relatórios: Diário do Sono

O aplicativo conta com Relatórios gerados primariamente a partir do preenchimento dos “Diários do Sono”, e depois, caso esteja ativado, pelo monitoramento automático das fases do sono, incluindo informações como tempo dormindo, batimentos cardíacos durante o sono e dos passos. Ao acessar os relatórios, o Relatório de Diário do Sono é o primeiro a ser mostrado. Caso ele não esteja selecionado, para acessá-lo, após ir para a tela de relatórios descrita na seção "Relatórios: Acesso e Análise de Dados", o usuário deverá clicar no menu de seleção “Filtrar por tipo de Relatório” e selecionar a opção “Diário do Sono”.

No final da página dos relatórios, também é possível ver uma recomendação personalizada, determinada pelos dados coletados do usuário em cada relatório.

Relatórios: Diário de Remédio

O relatório do Diário de Remédio está disponível para os assinantes dos planos pagos da SleepUp. Caso ele não esteja selecionado, para acessá-lo, após ir para a tela de relatórios descrita na seção "Relatórios: Acesso e Análise de Dados", o usuário deverá clicar no menu de seleção “Filtrar por tipo de Relatório” e selecionar a opção “Diário de Remédio”.

Ele está disponível no modo de visualização Diária (Tela #1) e Mensal (Tela #2), e no caso da visualização Anual (Tela #3), o sistema indica para o usuário que não há relatórios anuais.

Ao clicar em um dos dias na visualização mensal, o usuário poderá ver detalhes sobre o preenchimento do diário naquele dia , sobre o uso de medicamentos (quais foram tomados e quais não foram), o sentimento registrado e a dosagem (Tela #4).

O usuário pode selecionar na Tela #2 o preenchimento de um remédio específico para ver os relatórios daquele remédio (Tela #5) ao clicar no menu seletor de “Ver todos os remédios”. E ao clicar no ícone com um rosto sorrindo localizado acima do calendário, ele poderá ver o registro de sentimentos pelo mês (Tela #6). Se o usuário não preencher as outras informações, ele verá o relatório sem registros (Tela #7)

No final da página dos relatórios, também é possível ver uma recomendação personalizada, determinada pelos dados coletados do usuário em cada diário preenchido.

Esse relatório está disponível exclusivamente para usuários do plano Premium da SleepUp que ativaram seu plano através de um CPAP Gaslive. O usuário poderá acessar os relatórios dos dados coletados por seu dispositivo CPAP. Para acessar, após acessar a tela de relatórios descrita no item 9, o usuário deverá clicar no menu de seleção “Filtrar por tipo de Relatório” e selecionar a opção “Relatório de Uso de CPAP” (Tela #1).

O relatório pode ser exibido de forma diária, mensal ou anual, e irá mostrar os seguintes dados coletados pelo Diário de Uso de CPAP:
	Diário (Tela #2): Tempo de Uso do CPAP; Eficiência do uso de CPAP e se a Terapia teve duração ≥ a 4 horas;
	Mensal e Anual (Telas #3 e #4): Média de Tempo de Uso do CPAP; Média da Eficiência do uso de CPAP e a Média de Terapias com duração ≥ a 4 horas;

No final da página dos relatórios, também é possível ver uma recomendação personalizada (Tela #5), determinada pelos dados coletados do usuário em cada dia que o CPAP foi escaneado, além de lembretes para escanear e/ou preencher o Diário de Uso de CPAP.

Caso o usuário não tenha preenchido o diário de uso de CPAP”, alguns campos como “Tempo de Uso”, “Terapia com Duração ≥ a 4 horas” entre outras contidas no diário serão mostradas no mesmo local (Tela #2).

2. Para Diário de Uso de CPAP

Esse relatório está disponível exclusivamente para qualquer usuário do plano Premium da SleepUp.
O usuário poderá acessar os relatórios dos dados coletados através do preenchimento do Diário de Uso de CPAP.
O acesso aos relatórios se dá da mesma forma descrita no item 1 - no entanto, os resultados exibidos serão diferentes.
O relatório pode ser exibido de forma diária, mensal ou anual, e irá mostrar os seguintes dados coletados pelo Diário de Uso de CPAP:

Diário (Telas #7 e 8): Se roncou; se usou CPAP; Sentimento; Tempo de Uso de CPAP; Se a Terapia foi maior, igual ou menor que 4 horas; Eficiência de Uso de CPAP e Orientação Personalizada.
- Caso o CPAP não seja utilizado, no lugar do Tempo de Uso do CPAP, da duração da Terapia e da eficiência de uso de CPAP, será exibido a razão escrita pelo usuário para não utilizar o CPAP no dia.
Mensal e Anual (Telas #8 e #9): Média de Tempo de Uso do CPAP; Média de Uso ≥4h ;Eficiência Média de Uso e Orientação Personalizada

Caso o usuário não tenha preenchimentos no dia ou mês, será exibida uma mensagem (Tela #10) alertando-o que os Diários devem ser preenchidos para que os relatórios sejam exibidos.

Question 19

Relatórios: Resultados de Testes

Dentro da aba de relatórios, os usuários poderão visualizar os testes feitos por período (dia, mês ou ano), e poderão acessar por essa tela os resultados. Para acessar, após acessar a tela de relatórios descrita na seção "Relatórios: Acesso e Análise de Dados", o usuário deverá clicar no menu de seleção “Filtrar por tipo de Relatório” e selecionar a opção “Resultados de Testes” (Tela #1). Então a Tela #2 será exibida com todos os testes realizados no período. Para acessar os resultados, basta clicar no teste desejado e o aplicativo o direcionará para a tela com o resultado do teste.

Schedule and evaluate goals

The user will be able to select and evaluate his goals in the standard plan. To select their goals, the user must click on the “Update my goals” button on Screen #1, or within the Diary function, the user can click on “Goals”. The user will then go to Screen #2 where they can click “Choose my goals” to go to Screen #3 and set sleep and wake times, choose goals, view and delete custom goals or the user will click “ Evaluate my goals” to evaluate the evolution of the goals and obtain a result. The evaluation of goals is carried out every Monday, and the user will receive a reminder to fill in the evaluation. 
The user will be able to define personalized goals in the premium plan, these goals will be defined within the Therapy modules and will be registered in the goals list, to be evaluated together with the others.

The user will then be directed to select the desired professional, enter their data and make the payment. The user can schedule, change or cancel appointments 24 hours in advance. After scheduling, the user will receive an appointment confirmation, with the link to the video consultation.
The user will also be able to view the details of the consultation before or after the schedule of Screen #2, by clicking on the date of the consultation, and then a new screen with the details will open (Screen #3). The “Consultation via video” button will be available 10 minutes before the consultation, and the user will be able to enter the consultation by clicking directly on the link in the confirmation email received. Deletar Conta
		Para deletar a conta, o usuário deverá acessar a aba de perfil, dentro do item de menu “Minha Conta”, abaixo da seção “Contato de Emergência” na aba de “Meu Perfil”, clicar em “Deletar minha conta SleepUp” (Tela #1) para ser direcionado para a Tela #2, onde será informado de todos os dados que serão deletados.

Na Tela #3, o usuário deverá informar o motivo de deletar a conta, e em seguida, receberá um último alerta de que todos os dados serão perdidos, e que esta é uma ação irreversível. Após deletar a conta, o usuário voltará para a tela de login.

Status de Meu Plano
		Para visualizar os detalhes de planos e preços,  o usuário deverá dentro do botão de menu (Tela #1) clicar em “Minha Conta”, e em seguida selecionar a aba superior “Meu Plano” (Tela #2 à #6).

Nestas telas, o usuário poderá visualizar o seu plano atual e informações relacionadas a ele como o Plano Atual, Data de Término ou Renovação da assinatura, data de início da assinatura, canal de compra (se houver), recorrência (se houver), e expiração da degustação (se houver).

Logo abaixo o usuário poderá ver os Status do Plano. Se o plano for Free (Tela #2), por padrão, o usuário não verá nenhuma informação de Status ou Data de Término. O plano poderá estar listado como:
 • Ativo e sem pendências (Tela #3);
 • Cancelado, com acesso liberado até a data de término (Tela #4);
 • Em cancelamento, dependendo de atualização manual por parte da Sleep up ou empresa parceira (Tela #5);
 • Pendente de Pagamento, em que a renovação não foi paga com sucesso (Tela #6)

During the therapeutic process for insomnia, it is important to assess the presence of other psychiatric disorders and clinical conditions, for this it is mandatory that the user fills in the anamnesis before starting the therapeutic modules. 
Some therapeutic techniques are not recommended for people with bipolar disorder, especially in the manic phase, neurological disorders such as epilepsy, other sleep disorders such as parasomnias and obstructive sleep apnea. In these cases, some specific modules will not be enabled, and the user will not have access. Except in cases where the user is accompanied by a doctor or psychologist.
In the case of pregnant women, elderly people, shift professionals, etc., the therapeutic journey will be personalized, with the blocking or release of specific modules, as well as personalized guidelines, reminders and notifications.
SleepUp does not provide diagnostics and the therapeutic modules and clinical tests are not a substitute for medical consultation. Depending on the clinical condition and severity of insomnia, the user will be referred to doctors and psychologists accredited on the SleepUp platform.
